Head of HR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the HR Division, advise the Board of Directors to handle issues and structural transformation.


• Partner with the leadership team to formulate, develop, implement, and evaluate an HR and Talent Management Strategy to achieve the organization’s vision, mission, and goals, and to create value for its stakeholders.


• Develop a system of policies, processes, and regulations related to HR Division and supervise the implementation.


• Develop and drive talent management strategies to ensure effective staffing alignment with the needs of the business.


• Develop career development programs, promotion policies, and succession planning.


• Design and implement a competitive compensation system and benefits package to attract and retain staff, regularly review compensation and benefits market data, monitor pay practices, and proactively address issues.


• Identify ways to increase staff retention and productivity, including strategies to enhance employee engagement, leadership and staff development, regular feedback and coaching, career pathing, and promoting a coherent organizational culture


• Another task will be assigned by BOD

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree and above;


• 10+ years of experience in People Operations Leadership roles within a high-growth, progressive bank.


• Proven ability to design and implement strategies that drive business results.


• A depth of HR and Organizational Development experience demonstrating creativity and a diverse range of skills which deliver high impact solutions through successful partnerships with line managers.


• Ability to adjust rapidly to changing demands and priorities


• Good communication: both verbal and written in Vietnamese and English.


• Outstanding leadership and planning skills.


• Skills in organizing and supervising work.


• Analytical, synthesis, and reporting skills


• High-pressure resistance at work.
