Mô tả công việc


* HR Planning
-Build personnel plan for the organisation’s current and future needs
-Build, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Employer branding
-Develop employer branding of RSM Vietnam stronger, more reliable for young employees, experienced employees, management staff and former employees
* Recruitment
-Make recruitment plans, training plans and HR development plans every 6 months
-Create a talent pool to ensure a timely and sufficient recruitment when needed
-Support other divisions in personnel management, connect BOD and the employees; Assist other divisions in staff training, making procedures and methods of recruitment.
* Training, developing and accessing employees in line with RSM Vietnam’s Competencies Framework
-Organize, train Career Development program for employees
-Monitor and report periodically the training process in line with RSM Vietnam’s policy
-Encourage employee in training program, manage RSM Vietnam’s library
-Monitor employee’s external training: practicing certificate, international certificate, English certificate
-Make plans, monitor and assess employees periodically in line with RSM Vietnam’s policy
* Compensation & Benefits
-Develop, update and fulfill RSM Vietnam’s policies; Specially, develop and update annual promotion policy and personnel replacement and advise the BOD to make better policies and attract talents; At the same time, research, draft and submit to the BOD the regulations and procedures applied in the company and supervise the implementation of these ones.
-Supervise the implementation of policies to ensure that employees comply with the policies
-Work out plans, organize and supervise the implementation of labor safety, labor hygiene, fire and explosion prevention
-Manage labor contracts, resignation and termination of labor contracts in accordance with the labor law and RSM Vietnam’s policy.
-Manage and update personnel records and maintain employees’ confidentiality
-Build and manage HR Budget.
* Internal communications
-Implement policy training for employees to ensure that they understand fully and properly the policies
-Notify achievements of individuals and groups to promptly encourage and recognize
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annually HR reports and submit to the BOD and Managers for the administration and management.
Reports on personnel administration according to the tasks assigned quarterly

Yêu cầu công việc


-Background in HR management, or business or economic management, or HR administration
-At least 05 years of experience in HR management
-Experience working in service companies, FDI companies with a minimum number of 100 employees is a plus
-Ability to develop and update policy
-Ability to understand people, culture and organizational management, become a reliable bridge between employees and the BOD
-Strong leadership and management skills
-Good presentation skills
-Good Microsoft Office skills
-In-depth knowledge in administration, remuneration and insurance
-Ability to be resistant to high pressure at work
-Good command of English is a plus
-Overseas graduation and international certificate/degree in HR management is a plus

-Remuneration and bonus: attractive remuneration and annual salary increase based on employee evaluation results every 6 months and bonuses based on business results
-Care & Share Program: domestic or abroad travel once or twice a year according to RSM Vietnam policy; personal and family health insurance in accordance with RSM Vietnam policy; other policies pursuant to labor law.
