Head of Investment Banking

1. Make business strategy for the new business sector of the Company

• Products set up


• Deal sourcing


• Conduct strategic research and due diligence investigations


• Prepare reports, models and forecasts


• Support for IPO plan

1. Manage 2 Units of Individual loan and Corporate loan (for Secured Loan only)

• Sales & fulfil the target of secured products


• Build sales scheme & bonus scheme for sales staff and/or outsource agent


• Assess corporate banking clients to sell corporate products

1. Monitor the value of collateral to ensure that the handling of collateral takes place at the prescribed time:

• Standardize the procedure of loan security


• Monitor the Blockade of collateral/ mortgage assets


• Periodical monitor, inspection & evaluate of collaterals


• Execute the un-block procedures of collateral (when terminate the loan, or customers request to liquidate the collateral to repay partly or totally the loan)


• Force execution of collateral for collection of the loan

- University degree : Priority for major related Finance-Banking.
- At least 3 year experience in corporate banking management, especially in secured loan products
- Have good relationship with dealers/ shops network
- Have analysis skill of reading financial balance sheet and assessing corporate strength.
