Head Of IT

Standardize diverse technology platforms;
Evaluates project constraints to find alternatives, alleviate risks, and perform process re-engineering if required;
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
Regularly conduct the risk assessment and risk management to ensure the security and stability of the IT system;
Identify and analyze new technologies, including the cloud, ecommerce platform, microservice etc…. ;
Explore technologies to support business innovation;
Review a system architecture evaluation and collaborates with project management and IT operation teams to ensure stability of system;
Analyzes the business impact that certain technical choices may have on business process;
Deployed the centralized and automatically monitor and backup system, HA solution for all the IT System of member companies to ensure safety for data and IT services;
Design and leads the process of integrating IT systems as ERP & Ecommerce & CRM to meet an organization’s requirements;

Work experiences:• Five years of working experience in one or mutilpe IT areas;• Experience in at least half of the following areas: Ecommerce, CRM, Middleware, Microservices, cloud services. etc…..;• At least 03-05 years’ experience in IT management positions, preferable in F&B, retail or FMCG business.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Personalities:• University degree, preferably in IT or technical areas;• Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to superiors;• Delivers engaging, informative, well-organized presentations;• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion;• Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Management:• Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility;• Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the office assigned;• Responds/acts on upper-management direction;• Identifies and provides standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management.
