Head of IT

Job description:

Development of a Disaster Recovery Coordinator and assumes the functions of a Disaster Recovery Coordinator;
Develop an Information Security Policy and undertake the functions of information security staff to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of Company data;
Train IT staff;
Responsible for the management of the entire Information Technology Department. Develop policies and goals to promote the effectiveness of Information Technology Systems (IT) and Management Information Systems (MIS) of the company;
Other jobs at the request of manager.
Manage the improvement / modification of the core securities system, software related to the Company&039;s activities;
Ensure compliance with technology with standards and policies;
Manage the formulation and development of strategic projects throughout the project lifecycle with improved efficiency and performance related to IT and MIS systems;
Implement IT capacity planning and IT budgeting;
Manage overall risks of IT and related fields;
Command IT department to formulate and develop strategy for the above systems and services;
Manage the purchase and maintenance of the Company&039;s software and hardware;

Request:

Have good knowledge of developing mobile application (IOS & android system)
Graduated from University with specialties in training: Information Technology, or related subjects;
Having Experience of developing financial service application systems is advantage
Skills for training and guidance;
Skills in Technical Management, Information Analysis;
At least 5 years of experience in information technology management at a IT company;
Have Experience and knowledge of application performance improvements and optimizations
Being able to use English well is an advantage.
Have Experience and knowledge of network / application security
