Reporting line: Managing Director.
Native English Speaker- Head of Kindergarten (Vice Principal of School)
• Implementing & monitoring school policies and safety protocols.
• Monitoring student achievement.
• Developing standardized curricula & assesses teaching methods.
• Working with parents to ensure that the curriculum framework is widely understood and effectively communicated.
• Promoting the well-being of staff and students; work closely with school nurses for proactive programs to educate parents and students about personal health.
• Researching and acquiring new materials and resources.
• In charge of the effective use of resources and maintaining fiscal discipline.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Managing director after due consultation.
• Working with the Managing Director to ensure the effective delivery of the curriculum.
• Leading the faculty and staff to achieve high-quality teaching,
• Supervising, hiring & evaluating kindergarten staff.
• Ensuring that school policies and practices are being delivered and standards are being met
• In close consultation with the Managing Director, overseeing all aspects of the key organisation and management of kindergarten, including preparing agendas for fortnightly meetings and chairing such meetings.
• Overseeing the daily operation and overviewing administrative tasks.
• Meeting parents to discuss concerns about programme, their expectations and student behaviour.
• Attending and contributing to after-school events as required.

Qualifications:
• Certificate of educational management is desirable
• Experience and/or certifications in education or early childhood development
• Native English speaker
Experience:
• At least three years of management experience with previous experience in an international/bilingual school setting preferred.
