Head Of Marketing

The Head of Marketing will own the marketing strategy and execution, including but not limited to user acquisition, public relations, digital marketing, brand identity, and community building. This position will work with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to improve the user experience and marketing metrics through Product Growth. She/he will report directly to the CEO and lead our superb in-house marketing team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Craft strong product messages and strategies uniquely suited for our traction channels based on a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
• Align with the Director of Business Development to develop target account strategy and Lead-handoff best practices to produce results leading to incremental pipeline growth.
• Planning marketing goals, overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns aligned with objectives for the business and brands.
• Spot opportunities in the market and drive the growth of the business results to better understand the market and customer tastes in the Fintech industry.
• Analyze revenue sources and predict how advertising could help them generate the highest possible return on their investment.
• Ensure consistent strategic and tactical alignment throughout the Marketing team by establishing ambitious objectives.
• Build the marketing structure, inspire, and lead a high-performing marketing organization that delivers against marketing goals: clearly defined KPIs and performance measurement, roles, career paths, and employee success strategies.

REQUIRED SKILL AND EXPERTISE
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in the companies providing financial products.
• 6+ years of B2C and/or B2B marketing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience leading high-performing marketing teams.
• Good communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese & English.
• Strong analytical skills; Attention to detail.
• Ability to track, measure, and communicate program results and seek to generate new best practices through experimental efforts.
• Ability to make decisions in a changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
• BS or MS in Marketing or relevant field
