•Monitor daily operations to ensure a free flow process, and also supervise the execution of daily tasks
•Provide periodical reporting on the performance of the teams and status of the business
•Develop and apply a performance evaluation and motivation system (KPIs)
•Support development of talents, delegate responsibilities to them, assure a proper substitutability of key positions
•Cooperate with other units on design and improving work procedures
•Cooperate with external partners and monitor and report their performance
•Based on business plan create and update a capacity plan and budget
•Ensure client data is protected from the public and secured against fraud by enforcing access rights and verification levels

•Bachelor degree in Finance/Economics/Banking.
•At least 8 years of experience working management position in operations of banking or finance industry
•Experienced managing over 600 employees
•Strong leadership and organizational skills
•Ability to multitask
