Manage, propose and implement business strategies for existing customers to increase customer values and customer retention- Manage general activities of customer portfolio management department- Responsible for dividing existing customers into different clusters; analysing customer behaviors to propose proper exploitment and management strategies- Responsible for researching, proposing and implementing Xsell and Upsell programs for existing customers, increase customer product holding - Responsible for implementing and calculating loyalty programs. Continuously evaluate Loyalty program and propose business solutions to improve its procedure and effectivity - Responsible for proposing and implementing strategies to actively increase customer retention and re-activate hibernating customers- Responsible for managing financial effectivity of customer segmentations, products. Propose and implement solutions to improve financial effectivity: Increase revenue, optimize cost....- Collaborate with other departments, support business units in plan allocation and existing customer portfolio managementManaging general activities of CPM department. Training, coaching (including sales knowledge, field sales training, basic skill of verification) about customer analysis and customer porfolio management

Knowledge of business, finance, customer management
Analytic skills and data-driven decision making skills
University degree or above in economics / banking / finance / IT
Have 5-7 years of practical experience in analytics, customer portfolio management
Good at English
Have knowledge of retail banking, financial company
