OBJECTIVE
Develop the sides that conduct the extended recovery activities, manage their performance to meet the annual recovery targets
RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning/ Budgeting
Plan and monitor annual budget for contests, motivation, conferences and other expenses on extended recovery within budget.
Plan the development of extended recovery network effectively to meet the recovery target, monthly and annually.
Work with related departments, especially CS&A Dept., to forecast the inflow of accounts and the estimated target for the coming year and the monthly or each extended recovery sides and staff.
Design the monthly plan of actions for the Department with the assignment of recovery target and other tasks.
Policy/ Procedure
Build, develop and continuously ensure the efficiency of regulations, policies and procedures related to the management of recovery network.
Ensure the governance of extended recovery activities in accordance with the approved regulations, policies and procedures.
Design appropriate policies, procedures and processes which help to manage and motivate extended recovery sides.
System/ Processes
Implement as required and support the optimization of the automation systems and associated with business processes.
Participate in development of systems & supporting tools for Department.
Operations
Make suggestions with the planning of the incentives/campaigns to boost target achievement if required
Monthly review performance of sides conducting extended recovery activities, especially the strategic ones, and propose the continuity or termination of the agreements according to current policies.
Make proposals and get Board of Management’s approval for actions to deal with arising issues from sides conducting extended recovery activities.
Weekly review the MTW performance of the department as a whole, and highlight issues to sides conducting extended recovery activities in the preparation for the weekly collection meeting.
Based on the forecast of portfolio and target, work with the sides conducting extended recovery activities to design proper plans for at least three months ahead.
Track and update to the Board of Management of any running campaign, pilots and testing
Work with CS&A Dept. to develop the reasonable allocation and targets for sides that conduct extended recovery activities.
Weekly review the MTW performance of sides conducting extended recovery activities, discuss with related regional UH/ TL and communicate with agency management for any shortfall of the weekly target.
People Management
Coach and develop teams to ensure efficiency and continuous productivity improvement
Manage work assignment of Extended Recovery Department ensuring appropriate work assignment, smoothness and continuity of operations.
Reporting
Create and maintain a system of reports for tracking the performance of the department, of sides conducting extended recovery activities so that proper actions can be taken and/ or suggested to higher management if any (periodical recovery reports, ad-hoc reports on Recovery issue, etc…)
