Head Of Recruitment

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage recruitment team
•Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
•Liaise with hiring manager needs and expectations
•Create strategic talent pipelines for future on-boarding
•Maintain tracking of vacancies
•Manage supplier terms ensuring best rates are negotiated
•Responsible for management and maintenance of internal recruitment database (records of candidates and outcomes throughout the process)
•Start finding suitable candidates from all sources
•Interview candidates, create & manage candidate profiles, candidate letters, candidate assessment reports
•Build up good relationship with potential talented candidates for any co-operation in the future
•Knowing and understanding the job description of all positions
•Induction for new starters
•Follow up new comers after recruitment to make sure they adapt fluently to the new team and environment.
•Manage good relationships with key accounts and superior talents
•Motivating employees to grow within the company.
•Build employer branding
•Performing other duties as assigned by the

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
•Excellent performance in recruitment (at least 7+ years )
•Have experience in leading & managing team
•Understand deeply market labor & recruitment process
•Experience in sales, services, real estate, finance, insurance field is a plus
•Good communication in Vietnamese & English
•Mature, self-confident, sociable
•Positive working attitude and able to influence others
