Head of Security and Loss Prevention

JOB PURPOSE

1. This role is responsible to develop strategies to identify and remedy vulnerabilities that lead, or could lead, to financial loss throughout the TikiNow Smart Logistics’ operations in all Fufillment Centers.


2. The job holder will develop strategies, policies and processes to reduce loss and refine operational processes on all operations accordingly.


3. The role will lead the Security & Loss Prevention team ensuring that the latest techniques are used in timely investigation of all losses and partner with PO and key stakeholders where appropriate to define satisfactory resolutions.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and develop Security & Prevention Loss team across the multiple fulfillment center and delivery hub network, as a direct reports


• Develop guidelines and processes including real time CCTV monitoring systems, aiming at early intervention to proactively detect and deter fraud and related activities


• Identify, investigate issues of internal theft/abuse and review procedures to put programmers in place to prevent/reduce repeat occurrence


• Oversight of all fraud/thief prevention and proactive investigation processes across FCs.


• Specify and monitor the effectiveness of loss prevention equipment to advise and consult with key stakeholders within the business and FCs to agree the best cost-effective solutions


• Oversight of all strategy, security, investigations, staff training, auditing and risk management and assessments.


• Ensures compliance with local government policies and internal procedures and security and safety manuals.


• Preparation of the annual plan, OKRs and opersting budget for the function


• Lead the building and development of Security and Loss Prevention guidelines, policies and process.


• Report directly to CEO - TikiNow Smart Logistics (expat)

• University graduate from relevant fields


• Preferred candidates with Security and Safety disciplines


• At least 8 – 10 years of relevant working experience in a large scale business. 


• Experience in pilferage(loss /theft) control management in large scale supermarket stores.


• Retail, Logistics and distribution company experience is desirable


• Good analytical, statistical and numeracy skills with attention to detail and acute observation and listening skills. 


• Proven mentoring and coaching experience 


• The ability to conduct both internal and external investigations to a successful and professional conclusion


• Strong planning and organizational skills and retains focus whilst demonstrating high levels of drive and energy 


• Able to influence and obtain commitment from others and to build consistently productive relationship 


• Works collaboratively with their teams and peers to drive results


• Good English skills
