Trách nhiệm công việc:

In charge of defining development processes and best practices
Play the role of responsible for architecture, design and practices and guide team on use of new technologies balancing risk and reward
Collaborate with Product managers when products are in concept, in development, and in production for timely and high quality delivery
Fostering a healthy, collaborative IT culture.
Participate in design and code reviews
Leading the technical team (ReactJS/NodeJS) around 30 developers

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn:

4+ years professional software development experience
A passion for communication and collaboration
A track record of planning and delivering on multiple overlapping projects spanning several months
Experience implementing engineering processes that emphasize security and quality
English working proficiency
2+ years of experience leading a technical team (with the scope of 20+)
Proven ability for coaching and mentoring
