[HEINEKEN] Account Clerk (AP)

Reporting to: Account Team Leader
Base: Hanoi Office
Position Summary:
• Complete payment process: Check payment request, determine and complete recurring entry, write bank payment and archieve and storage expense claims/payment and receipts.
• VAT declaration.
• WHT declaration.
• Perform period closing procedures (Enter cost accurals calculation, check B/S and P/L accounts) and reconcilation to ensure accuracy of bank, expenses, payable accounts.
• Develop and maintain successful working relationships with suppliers, employees, HGSS and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Opco regulatory and tax requirements by following guidance provided by the Otc Opco Lead.
• Support internal/external audits by preparing information as and when requested.
