[HEINEKEN] Account Clerk (AR) – Work At Brewery in Thuong Tin, Hanoi

Position Summary:
To deliver the Accounting task related to billing and receivalble task.
Key Responsibilities:
•Complete the creating, sending and archiving of invoice process
•Ensure compliance with OpCo regulatory and tax requirements by following guidance provided by the OtC OpCo Lead
•Support internal/external audits by preparing information as and when requested
•Respond to queries from HGSSvia e-mail/telephone in alignment with service management processes
•Identify issues and adhere to the agreed escalation route in a timely manner if an issue should arise
•Provide proactive, quality service in alignment with service management standards and service levels
•Develop and maintain successful working relationships with suppliers, employees, HGSS and other key stakeholders
•Consistently adhere to OpCo, local and Global guidelines, policies and regulations for areas including Tax, Credit policy, Order to Cash etc
