[ HM MEDIA ] Account Team Leader/ Manager

I.PURPOSE
To supervise account management team to ensure end-to-end delivery of HM Media services to our client in coherent with company values, standard of work and regulations
II.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Account/ Client Management
•Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all client touch points
•Promote & build awareness of HM Media's capabilities & service standard to existing clients and prospective clients
•Ensure clients’ needs are well understood, and objectives per engagement/ project are delivered on-time-in-full
•Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
•Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
2. Team Management
•Supervise account team to ensure company core services standard are met with high level of client satisfaction
•Educate & train members continuously to make sure they do their jobs in the right way effectively
•Monitor member’s activities to achieve the assigned target and measure team performance
•Accept other given duties and written in projects assigned by management.
