[HN/HCM] Java Team leader (System Analyst/Business Analyst )

Ensure the solution, schedule and quality through the projects.

Report to Leader and Line Manager.
Prepares detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written.
Analyzes and Designs system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources.
Lead in researching and coaching new technology for growing up subordinates’ development skill.
Communicate with customer in requirement collection, progress reporting and trouble solving.
Make WBS and detailed schedule for project’s development scope.
Transform customer’s requirements into logical, economical and practical system designs.
Perform the role of Quality Control at each phase of development process.
Monitor and ensure actual progress meeting the project plan.
Ready to support customer at out of business working hours when there is request.

Essential:

1~3 years’ experience as Software Analyst or Business Analyst for Based Software Solutions.
Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
Good design documentation is required
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields.
At least 3+ years’ experience in Java Software Development Life Cycle.
Able to work under tight schedule.
Fair in English would be a plus.
Able to build team work’s spirit.

Desirable:

Can go business trip (Japan, APAC countries, etc).
Good communication skill.
Good working attitude.
Direct experience from Automotive and/or Industrial sector would be a plus.
Japanese company experience is preferable
