[HO]- BANCA REGIONAL MANAGER (Hanoi/Hai Phong)

Avia is looking for a Regional Manager to join our Bancassurance channel in Hanoi or Hai Phong office. As a critical member of our Banca Team, you will interact with internal departments, local sales team and VietinBank partner to boost sales at VietinBank Branches. You will play an important role in bringing Banca Aviva to the TOP in Vietnam Banca Market by developing a dedicated and professional sales team.

• Build up a dedicated and professional sales team and/or work within the Bank personnel to manage the sales and operations process for the area of responsibility.


• Achieve sales target and other financial KPIs (for example: IO Active Ratio, Product Mix, 13th month Persistency…) allocated by Company by and through developing a dedicated and professional sales team.


• Build up good relationship with VietinBank partners, be the focal point of Aviva, representing Aviva's Leaders in the process of interacting with the Board of Directors and TO managers of VietinBank Branch.


• Co-ordinate with HRBP/Recruitment team to plan for headcount, recruit and select ASMs/GRMs/SGRM/IOs.


• Manage, supervise, monitor, evaluate, train, coach, role-model the downline (ASMs/GRMs/SGRM/IOs) to hit the target allocated.


• Co-ordinate with Vietinbank Branch Leaders to push sales Aviva at Branches.


• Prepare monthly/ quarterly/ yearly sales report s and any kinds of bancassurance reports are required by Vietinbank Branch’s Leaders or line manager.


• Coordinate with Academy to conduct training/WS for Banker, activities to push sales.


• Coordinate with Aviva internal departments to solve problems related to customers and customer care; VietinBank Branches.


• Create and maintain a risk management environment that ensures risks taken by the function are identified, assessed and frequently monitored, managed and reported against.

• Graduate with Basic University Degree


• Proven sales knowledge in financial services environments; knowledge of life insurance and other investment products, procedures, insurance law and knowledge of banking activities.


• At least minimum of 2 year- experience in people management at manager level.


• At least minimum of 2 year- experience working in life insurance industry.


• Ability to comprehend and present in basic English


• Ability to work with executives and with people on operational level across all organizational levels


• Operational experience in Insurance businesses in responsibility area an advantage, else experience in province/s
