PR communication

• Coordinate all communication activities


• Research industry-related topics, direct social media, public media to engage audiences across traditional and new channels, prevent bad reputation and media crisis if any


• Manage media inquiries and interview requests


• Develop content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations


• Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis


• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis

Internal communication

• Support team in all internal communication activities to make sure right information and right person to be delivered to


• Work with designer for any communication content to be developed focusing on customers’ needs; Coordinate with designẻ to illustrate articles if needed

Content development:

• Develop clear marketing copy to promote our products/services


• Proofread and edit content posts before publication (digital/PR/etc.)


• Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

• Proven track record of successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level


• Have relationships with both business and industry media outlets is preferred


• Exceptional writing and editing skills


• Solid experience with social media
