[HO]- Partnership Development Specialist (Hanoi)

Aviva is looking for a Partnership Development Specialist to join our Business Development team. This role reports to Business Development Director with the key responsibilities of managing and nurturing the working relationship with Bank Partner – Aviva’s strategic bancassurance partner to ensure the success of the joint partnership.

Responsibilities of this role are as follows:

• Facilitate the discussion with Bank Partner’s bancassurance team to develop monthly and quarterly business plan and review, implement new distribution channel and expansion plan to achieve the agreed sales target


• Act as the middle office to connect other departments in Aviva with Bank Partner to drive the implementation of agreed bancassurance business plan.


• Facilitate the Steering Committees and other product/marketing/IT/operations committees with Bank Partner and follow up with the implementation of these committee’s outcomes.


• Handle the queries, complaint and feedback from partner and ensure the timely and effective resolutions and correspondence.


• Oversee the customer journey map of Bancassurance and suggest the continuous improvement


• Identify issues and risks during the implementation of Bancassurance model in Aviva and escalate

• 2+ years of experience in banking/insurance account manager role or Banking/insurance direct sales role


• Has good understanding of bank products, bank system and network


• Has good understanding of internal insurance operational processes to deliver the services to the Bancassurance and partners.
