[HO]- Sales Activation and Communication Specialist (Hanoi, HCMC)

Aviva is looking for a Sales Activation and Communication Specialist to join our Business Development team. Your scope of work includes the implementation of sales activation, communication, product campaigns with our Bank Partner to achieve the agreed business plan. We need someone who has an in-depth understanding of the internal operational processes, product knowledges and customer campaign development as well as the ability to work and communicate with the sales force. Your scope of work includes:

• Initiate and manage the development of product/service proposition to Bancassurance channel from the conceptual stage to the implementation by working closely with internal departments.


• Implement the events, and key sales operational aspects such as sales material, sales tools and devices, ec…


• Manage the development and launch of sales tool and technology to improve the productivity and engagement of the sales force such as the usage rate of lead generation took, FNA, e-submission, etc..


• Manage the budget and overall effectiveness of the sales campaigns and propose the improvement


• Lead the communication activities toward the internal sales team and Vietinbank bancassurance sales team to drive the engagement


• Work closely with regional sales directors of Bancassurance team to develop the sales activation and support to achieve the preset goals


• Drive the outcomes of Maturity Recapture and launch of new products towards Bancassurance team

• 4+ years of experience in Business Development role or Sales Strategy role


• Has good understanding of internal operational processes to deliver the services to the Bancassurance and customers


• Has in-depth understanding of Aviva products and supporting systems


• Has good understanding of bank products, bank system and network


• Good problem solving skill


• Excellent negotation skill, communication and presentation skills


• Ability to lead in the context of uncertainty, ambiguity, budget and timeline constraint


• Has the ability to foster relationship and win-win situation
