• Surveying and measuring the current state of the project


• Design of 2D premises, functional and functional areas for fashion shops / showrooms


• Design 3D according to the agreed layout + concept


• Deploy construction drawing documents


• Coordinate to solve arising design work during the construction process


• Coordinate with the contractors to come up with a suitable design plan and supervise the contractor's design so that the design is consistent with the company's image standards.

1. Relevant experience design in restaurant, cafe, hotel, resident, retail shop, etc


2. Able to handle concept design drawing, schematic design drawing and detail design drawing.


3. Ability to understand technical product specification and incoprate the equipment into the design


4. Relevant experience in kitchen layout planning


5. Understanding of coordination between exisitng building condition in term of the architecture and MEP


6. Understanding of material use, sense of color matching, creative in design ideas, etc


7. Understanding of FFE

Other requirements:

• Male / female aged 25 and over.


• Work experience from 3 years or more


• Intermediate graduate or higher major in Architecture or Interior.


• Foreign language:  English 


• Be hard-pressed, able to withstand the pressure of work progress.


• Responsible, proactive and progressive at work.


• Hard-working, honest, careful.


• Good communication, can work in groups.


• Working days: from Monday to Saturday
