Hostess Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of customer
• Provide a finest personalized service to our customers by engaging with them
  
• Ensure that the hostess team achieves profitability and growth in line with our core values
• Ensure that guests are greeted in a friendly and courteous fashion by the hostess staff.
  
• Monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty andcleaned tables.
  
• Responding to complaints and helping to resolve them.
  

•  At least 1 year experience at same level in 5* hotel
  
• Excellence in communication by English and Vietnamese
• Possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
  
• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision

Service charge

Bonus on holiday + Tet

13th month salary

2 days off per week
