Tìm hiểu, đề xuất các cấu trúc line sản xuất khác nhau: Cell line, U line, straight line, T line, v.v.
Hỗ trợ phân tích các vấn đề về chất lượng bộ phận IQC / SQE tại nhà máy
Thực hiện đánh giá rủi ro quá trình
Hỗ trợ QA phân tích và cung cấp giải pháp
Thực hiện, xem xét và cải thiện SOP / SIP từ MP
Hỗ trợ sản xuất trong việc khắc phục các sự cố về chất lượng & quy trình
Tham gia hoạt động đào tạo liên tục về phương pháp kiểm soát quá trình
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên

- Theo dõi và phân tích các chỉ số OAY, OEE, MHQ, FPY và FOR
- Cập nhật kết quả công việc và báo cáo đến PE section leader
- Cải tiến qui trình, ST, CT, LOB
- Theo dõi qui trình và phân tích cân bằng line để cải tiến
* Phụ trách lắp đặt, bảo trì thiết bị kiểm tra bản mạch (ICT), kiểm tra chức năng bản mạch (FCT)
Phân tích chất lượng PCB tại xưởng MI
Lập tài liệu liên quan đến Jig ICT, FCT
Phụ trách việc các công việc liên quản tới ICT, FCT bao gồm cả new model và MP model
Đo CT các công đoạn liên quan đến ICT, FCT và tiến hành cải tiến.
Cải tiến liên tục chất lượng của ICT, FCT để đạt được mục tiêu chuất lượng của bộ phận và của phòng.
Hỗ trợ và phối hợp vs các bộ phận trong phòng PE
Phụ trách bảo trì bảo dưỡng cho máy ICT và thiết bị FCT.
Lắp đặt cho Jig ICT, FCT
Hỗ trợ kiểm soát kho Jig và vật tư dự phòng liên quan đến Jig ICT, FCT
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công chỉ đạo của cấp trên
Xây dựng ,phát triển tiêu chuẩn cho hệ thống ICT.

- Giảm thời gian dừng chuyền liên quan đến ICT, FCT, PCB và báo cáo cải tiến

*Read technical drawings and set up the machines in accordance with these blueprints (CNC)
Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and sharpening

Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines as they arise
Use computer software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly
Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to optimize production while maintaining quality

* Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software (EE)

Representing the company at conferences and delivering presentations if required.

* Plan, conceptualize, and create mechanical designs for new products (ME)

Generate working prototypes for beta testing and customer demonstration
Create and review technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software
