Continue to increase customer base in line with targets set and agreed.
Adherence to responsibilities set out in the Health and Safety manual.
Schedule routine and irregular maintenance activities to achieve most efficient use of time and resources.
Active response to after hour breakdown repair work as required
All customers receive high level of servicing
Accurate reporting of accidents, incidents, symptoms of discomfort and near misses
Respond to customer and potential customer’s queries.
Complete all maintenance in line with company policy and pass to office staff on a regular basis.
That no action or inaction by you causes harm to you or others.
Perform regular stock takes of stock under your control, ensuring full responsibility for the vehicle inventory.
Participation in H&S training
Adherence to prescribed company service and administration procedures.
Inventory is kept in tidy and easily accessible order
Identification and reporting of workplace hazards
Recognize your contribution and enjoy success in a sales and customer focused organization.
Maintain an accurate and up to date data base of all customers in area
Attendance at training and external trainings demonstrate participation and achievement of technical competence.
Provide sales and market information to Company Escalate complaints, enquiries to District Manager for action, following up to ensure action has been taken.
Active participation in rehabilitation, in the event of an injury or illness.
Actions taken maintain the health and safety of you and others.
Continues to up skill and advance knowledge in technical field.
Able to share expertise with Dealer and staff to increase their own expertise.
Any unexplained discrepancies you are charged to the Service Technician.
Always present both the Vehicle and yourself in a clean and professional manner.
Contribute positively to a one team based work environment.

- Over 2 years experience and knowledge in thermal system (HVAC) operation and service. Experienced in dairy farming HVAC is a plus.
