Hotel Reservations Staff

•Fluent in English – both written and spoken and have excellent presentation
•Relevant hotel industry qualifications and training either in reservations, front office and/or guest services
•Specific Opera Reservations System knowledge
•Hotel Work experience: Minimum 3-5 years work experience in the sales and reservations department of a 5 star hotel (working in an English speaking environment) plus any relevant experience in another department such as front office or guest services would be valuable.
Personal attributes sought for above positions – honest, dynamic, determined, have excellent interpersonal communications skills and be well presented. Prior experience in hotel operations including front office would be well considered in a dynamic company that is fast growing.
