[HP] Customer Service Representative (Documentation&shipment Planning)

Handling inquiries from Customers, Vendors, and Factories
Planning, updating, and tracking daily operations in APLL’s systems
Being the primary and first contact point for the Customers
Tackling immediately and/or escalating to Team Lead / Supervisor when there is the potential cost impact
Coordinating with Carriers to proceed with shipments
Being responsible for delivering APLL commitment to Customers
Ad-hoc assignments from Managers

Being detailed and careful
Customer-oriented and Result oriented
Able to multi-task and high pressure
Having 6 months - 3 years working experience in the Logistics industry
Good at English (writing and speaking); Excel, Word, PowerPoint
