As Lalamove Hanoi continues to expand super-fast – the team is now seeking for an out-going, energetic and detail oriented individual to join, in our People Operations/HR team. If you want to be in a role that makes an impact on the business – this is the role for you! You will be responsible for hiring and retaining the best talent and in providing all rounded support to Vietnam office to ensure the smooth running of people related topics with a mindset to provide high-quality HR and admin services. This role requires someone highly energetic with excellent administrative, organizational and IT skills.
What you will do
1) HR:
External:
- Update labor law, trade union law and other work related to the laws. Records the changes, report the update to HR & Office manager to make sure our company is compliance with the law.
- Prepare all types of HR relating reports to the Labor office and other authorities of the Government base on requirements.
- Coordinate & dealing with the issues relating to Trade Union.
Internal:
- Social activities:
+ Together with HR Manager and other HR & Admin colleagues in taking care all social and extra activities of the company.
+ Propose & develop staff activities in order to build up strong and positive working environment.
- Recruitment: In charging for office internal recruitment, promoting/searching for candidates, screening CVs, arranging interview for managers; following-up all the procedures with the candidates
- Learning & development:
+ Introduction / provide the existing & new employees with information about Company policy, working condition, company regulation, how to use forms, application, etc.
+ Collect information relating to training planning & training requirements. Assistant to HR Manager in building up training plan and organize them.
+ Support HR Manager in HR strategies regarding to the short & long - term development of the employee base on HR standard programs of the company.
- Staff list: Update personal information and do filing with maintaining confidentiality records, information of the employees.
2) Admin:
- Plan, organize and control the administration function of the company.
- Oversees office maintenance, office access, security, cleanness
- Oversees office assets
- Any other work as prescribed by the management in any location.
