HR Admin Supervisor | Giám Sát Nhân Sự ( Sản Xuất, BP9685)

Our client is a foreign invested manufacturing company, now looking for HR Admin Supervisor in Long An:

Responsible for all HR matters such as employment contracts, contract addendums, probationary agreements, severance agreements
Manage orientation training for new employees in all fields, monitor the probationary process
Recruitment and selection: Participate in the recruitment plan,
Manage payroll, monthly salary
Responsible for the day-to-day office operations related to the general office
Manage and monitor procedural issues of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance funds
Manage and follow the annual review and staff development regulations
Enforce and maintain company discipline.
Coordinate with other departments to participate in company activities such

03-05 years experience in the same position
Good experience in recruitment, training and development
Good experience in C&B and strong knowledge about Vietnamese Labor law and PIT law (Prioritize)
Result-oriented, pro-active, independent, flexible, excellent social and communicative skills and representative.
Male, female, Age 30-40
University Degree, Good communication in English
