HR & Administration Manager

1. University graduate with at least 10 years working experience in sizable manufacturing companies, preferably in garment or apparel industries
2. Have a full spectrum and solid experiences of HR functions including recruitment, compensation, training, employees’ relations, manpower plan and performance management etc.
3. Have a hands on administration functions including office administration, cleaning, security, canteen management, service providers management, transportation, nursing, purchasing boiler and maintenance etc. with effective executive ability
4. Have solid working experience of Corporate Social Responsibility job scope and ability to manage internal and external customer audit effectively.
5. Have a tactful and effective techniques of communicating and liaising with government officials
6. Have an effective supervisory ability and skills at different levels of people
7. Ability to work under pressure and complete the assigned tasks on schedule

Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Be able to work independently as well as good teamwork spirit
Able to communicate in English and will be an advantage if it can communicate in Vietnamese, Mandarin or Cantonese as well.
It will be an advantage to report duty shortly
