- We are looking for a person with minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Office management, and a successful track record in implementing and managing HR strategies and systems in large-scale international production-set ups.
- Preferably, you have experience from either studying or working abroad, and being part of an international management team. You have excellent English skills and an international mindset.
- You are business and result oriented, but at the same time possess great people skills. As a person you have a strong and convincing personality and are able to lead by example and creating a feeling of belonging. ***SUCCESS CRITERIA:
1.After 02 months, the HR and Administration Manager understands in detail the HR and production set-up as well as the challenges and opportunities in terms of organizational development, staff motivation/performance, compensation & benefits limitation/challenges as well as deficiencies within the HR and Administration department and how to mitigate those deficiencies. A HR strategy/action plan is expected to be presented at the end of the probation period.
2.After 06 months, the HR and Administration Manager is expected to have finalized the ongoing implementation of a freelancer model which shall ensure further scalability and flexibility to our production set-up.
3.After 12 months, the HR and Administration Manager is expected to have achieved considerable results in optimizing our organization, HR procedures including but not necessarily limited to:
a.Work culture incl. communication systems, hereunder updated staff manual
b.Standard Operating Procedures for HR and Administration, hereunder recruitment
c.HRM system version 2
d.Refinement of existing C&B system including review of non-financial benefits
e.Recruitment and retention processes strategy
