Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant major

At least 5 years of experience in HRBP and Recruitment (FMCG, Foods, Milk is preferred) and 3 years in the same scope required

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and managerial skills.

Problem solving and negotiation skills.

English level: Intermediate

Other requirements

Open-minded, good listening skill, conflict handling skill

Ability to solve complex challenges.

Cooperative, independent, self-motivation
