Our client is a big manufacturing company, now looking for a HR & Compliance Manager in Nam Dinh:

Calculate and implement salaries for employees
Update regulations and implement compliance policies in accordance with customer and local regulations.
Manage the number of workers, on leave, sick leave, ...
Manage the actual number of employees compared to the work plan established, report the deviation to the board of directors and propose reasonable action.
Follow up and work with customers and third parties to ensure social responsibility compliance assessments are conducted according to customer requirements.
Develop systems of documents, regulations and factory processes related to labor and wages
Resolving procedures and processes related to personnel in the factory

Graduated from colleges, universities specialized in related.
Understanding of compliance and occupational safety.
Good communication in English
Male/Female; Age: above 30 years old
3 years of experience in the same position of Human Resources industry
