REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
_ Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
_ Proven working experience as Senior HRBP, HR Manager at least 5 years experience.
_ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
_ People oriented and results driven
In- depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
_ Previous working experience in retail, e- commerce is a plus
_ Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
