Compensation and benefit
Support the HR Manager to prepare an annual budget
Implement yearly performance appraisal review process for employees;
Compute monthly payroll, Personal Income Tax, staff allowances, and bonus in accordance with company policies
Handle HR operations and benefits administration
Proposing policies and regulations effectively and according to the laws
Assist HR Managers in annual salary review, performance evaluation, promotion programs, etc.
Make monthly/periodically internal payroll report/ insurance report
Manage staff database, labor contract, overtime database
Conduct quarterly/ annual HR reports and HR budget/ action plans for the next reporting cycles.
Participate in a market salary and benefits survey.
Suggesting benefits to engage the employees with the Company and compete with outsides
Support HR Manager to develop and implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Loyalty Schemes, Health Care
Conduct, prepare data for salary survey
Recruitment
To establish manpower planning for the company to be in line with business strategy and plan;
To review application/resume, interview job applicants, evaluate applicant skills, make recommendations regarding applicant’s qualifications and complete the employment;
To recruit the qualified employee within a designated time frame;
Learning & Development
Be responsible for development and implementation of learning and development programs, including L&D budget/fund;
Propose, maintain an up-to-date organization chart.
Work closely with the department Manager and assists the Head of HR with the arrangements for Training Courses/Professional Development for Vietnamese staff; monitor/update timely reports to the HR Manager on L&D costs/funds.
Maintain training results/records and assist to evaluate the effectiveness of the training courses.
Employee Relationship
To build up and maintain good relationships and good understanding with all staff via effective communication and activities;
To control employees to in line with rules and regulations of the Companies
To review and revise employee rules and regulations
Admin task
Support company events: Year-end party, internal party, Company trip
Office management: annual check-up for all employees, stationery, purchase office equipment, postal send & receive
