Recruitment:
- Coordinate and implement university recruiting initiatives; develop working relationships within universities to aid in recruiting.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates.
- Source, shortlist & interview candidates; schedule and prepare interviews; discuss and advise managers on the suitability of the candidates.
- Work with department managers to define the job description and make the JD more attractive to the candidates
- Involve in the whole recruitment process, from working on the job description to on boarding
- Be responsible for the full utilization of the social media recruitment channels to develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Build network for recruitment to enhance recruitment effectiveness. Develop and cultivate relationships with all levels of management, candidates and external recruiting sources. Develop, plan and participate in internal/external recruiting events, including job fairs, industry conferences, etc.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions: ensure required recruitment timeline and quality of recruitment
- Ensure required weekly, monthly, annual recruitment reports: recruitment status, cost etc.
- Control candidate’s database and manage the recruitment website.
Training:
- Proposing appropriate training programs to improve practical working skills for staff.
- Combining short-term training centers to organize training to improve skills for the management team.
- Monitoring, checking, evaluating and reporting on training results.
- Managing and developing training curriculum in accordance with staff needs.
- Directly involved in teaching selling skills & product knowledge.
- Training plan, in collaboration with departments to implement the Company&039;s training activities.
Employee Engagement
• Facilitate internal communications channels to engage CirCO culture and HR practices
• Undertake other HR-related tasks assigned by HRM.
• Initiate and conduct employee engagement programs/ activities
