HR/ GA Specialist

* Human Resource:
- Provide all C&B services for local and expat staff (Labor contract, attendance management, salary calculation etc.)
- Support recruitment activities
- Lead engagement activities for local staff and support with those for expat staff
- Keep updated with labor laws, social and PIT laws and ensure legal compliance in HR operations
- Smart, simple and automated system, workflow and reports for all areas of HR, including compliance, visa, work permits etc.
*General Affairs:
- Uniform, office equipment management.
- Environment, health and safety activities management jobs.
- Supporting to organize the company events.
- Executing other HR and general admin jobs as assigned by manager.

- Young & proactive candidates;
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese and proficiency on computer literacy;
- University degree with major in Human Resource management or Economic or Law or English;
- 3y+ experience in HR/ GA field
- Good communication skill with smile is preferred;
- Fast learner & quick adapt.
