Mô tả công việc

Establish Department measurements that support the accomplishment of the Company’s strategic goals
Lead the development of Department goals, objectives and systems
Plan/ control Capital Budgets and Expenses of HR & GA department; and revise as per requirements in order to achieve the Company Business Plan;
Support, discipline and inspire direct subordinates to maximize their capability and create an atmosphere of mutual benefit;
Manage the development and implementation of Company Regulations and Procedures regarding to HR & GA functions;
Selects and supervises Human Resource consultants and training specialists and coordinates company use of insurance brokers and other outside services
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Legal Requirement related to day-to-day activities of employees, reduce legal risks and ensure to comply the regulations of the Law;
Manage Environment & Safety in working area;
Assist Board of Directors on doing jobs as per assignment.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor degree in related filed as in HRM, business administration, Law…
Having minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR/GA Supervisor position,
Good English communication
Supervision skills
