HR Intern

OBJECTIVES
HR Intern will learn & support the HR team at all HR activities including but not limited to Engagement, Recruitment, C&B.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Engagement (70%):

Support in idea generation, planning and execution of engagement activities, teambuilding, year-end party, job fair, event, charity and other HR activities
Support in releasing content for Internal-External Communication
Support in other tasks related to logistics, paperworks, etc.

Recruitment (20%):

Support in data management, recruitment report
Managing career sites, recruitment fanpage, Linkedin page
Screening, researching and conducting interview processes

C&B (10%):

Timesheet, data management
Other tasks as requested by the HR Team

Autonomous, be able to work remotely
Can commit 3-months internship program and can work full-time is a plus
Good at Microsoft Office, English skills (reading, writing)
3rd-or 4th- year students from any field, prefer to work fulltime
Strong communication skills, time management, eager to learn
Creative, be able to develop content or use some basic design tools is a plus
Proactive, hard-working, ownership, integrity, teamwork, innovative
