HR Intern

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Taking part in recruitment process:
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Sourcing potential candidates.
Updating and managing database system.
Screening CV, contacting candidate and arranging interview schedule.
Assisting in administrative tasks (paperwork, labour contract, stationery,...)
Supporting in on-boarding process for new employees.
Posting job advertisements via various channels (recruitment site, social platform,...).
Supporting in check-in, completing documents and contracts for employees.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Being meticulous, proactive and having can-do attitude.
Proficient in MS Office.
Being 3rd/4th-year student or fresh-graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or related major.
Good communication and good command of English
Being able to use Photoshop/Ai is a plus.
