HR Lead - L & D, Talent Acquisition

Learning & Development (L&D)
- Take the lead in executing the Continuous Education Program
- Conduct training needs analysis for the whole company to get inputs for the annual training plan.
- Recommend e-learning courses to promote learning spirit and maximize the learning resources
- Provide strategic advice to people leaders on how to maximize the learning & development activities as retention tools
- Self-deliver soft skill training to employees
- Ensure the training plan are conducted properly and effectively (consider different delivery strategies for different courses to maximize trainer’s capabilities and participant’s objectives)
- Conduct post-training for selected courses to maximize the training application at work
- Represent Vietnam to attend market monthly L&D meeting to deploy appropriate training initiatives/ programs in Vietnam
Recruitment
- Have initiatives to improve the recruitment process
- Build & update the recruitment tools whenever required
- Build a network with relevant resources (University, local HR group) to make a strong candidate pool for all functions
- Work with departments to effectively apply the on-boarding process for new hires
- Lead the recruitment process to get all vacancies backfilled timely and effectively
- Take the lead in promoting the employer’s brand through the recruitment process
Others tasks as assigned by Head of Department based on Business&039; requirements

- Good command of English and Microsoft Office
- Good coordination &negotiations skills
- At least 3 years experience in HR field
- Good presentation/ communication skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar with labour market
- Active, motivated and high personal integrity
- University degree
