HR Manager

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall company business strategy in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.


• Work diligently to address demands, grievances or other issues that are raised by employees. (This is a very rare occurrence)


• Manage the recruitment and selection process.


• Performance manage employees that are not performing well.


• Support current staff enrichment through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human resources and assist in the wider implementation of current training and education programs.


• Nurture a positive, supportive and caring working environment.


• Assist senior management team to implement the performance appraisal system that has been developed to promote productivity and performance.


• Assess training needs and support senior management team to apply and monitor training programs.


• Ensure total legal compliance in all areas of HR management.


• Work on overtime management strategies and productivity initiatives as needed.

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive


• Be very people oriented and results driven.


• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.


• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.


• Demonstrate leadership skills.


• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.


• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.


• In-depth knowledge of Vietnam’s labor laws. 


• Degree in Human Resources or related field.

Highly Advantageous

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.


• An understanding of Agri-Business in Vietnam.

Remuneration

• Starting at VND 10m / month or above depending on qualifications and experience.


• Annual bonus is payable after qualifying period (usually 12 months) depending on personal and company performance.


• Annual pay rise is usual depending on personal and company performance. Normally assessed.



• We are open to having the successful applicant work from home and commute to site from Hanoi (or similar location) for 2 - 3 days per week whilst performing some duties from home at other times to make up a full time position.
