HR Manager

• Manage and direct all activities related to human resource policies and processes including: recruitment; compensation & benefits, rewarding and human resource management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies as well as system to evaluate work performance aligned with the overall business strategy
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Manage the Recruitment team being responsible for the allocation of work, personal development and performance of the individual team members. Manage the processes, procedures, and administration of the recruitment function to meet budgetary requirements.
• Manage, administer and review compensation, benefits policies and programs to achieve external competitiveness as well as maintain internal equity
• Internal and external relations with state management agencies, economic organizations and other individuals related to the Company.
• Manage salary surveys and conduct competitive market analysis of total compensation and benefits practices.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Report and advise the Company's Board of Directors on issues related to administration and human resource development.

Preference with candidates graduated from University with diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience at the same position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese and English)

- Basic salary: 20,000,000 - 30,000,000 (negotiable)
