HR Manager ( Binh Duong )

• Partner with General Manager and department heads to execute business-specific HR strategies
• Streamline the HR process & policies
• Managing the recruitment, selection & onboarding process.
• Create training programs that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
• Based on the company requirement all HR project & engagement activities to be executed in coordination with the Corporate HR team based in Head Quarter
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
• Forecast future manpower deficits and surpluses and recommend strategic plans for maintaining optimal staffing level to cope with operation needs
• Review and develop a comprehensive remuneration package including bonus, medical coverage, retirement, benefits, and staff facilities to ensure that it is competitive enough to retain / attract existing staff / applicants
• Update and advise management on employment and related legislation requirements and ensure the Compliance
• Process and supervise the payroll in SAP or related software for Vietnam team.
• Review and recommend compensation and benefits program to attract and retain talent
• Responsible for the planning of annual manpower budget
• Monitors departmental performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
• Review organizational structures for effective deployment of resources
• Manages full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll, learning & development and employee engagement Develops and implements HR and Administration policies and processes for all staff, in accordance with Vietnam Labour Code
• Initiate annual Performance Appraisal for Group, training and guide the team members on effective performance rating.
• Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported & resolved

• Experience in big size manufacturing company (at least 2000 - 3000 people)
• Flexible, able to work on own initiative, can deal with more than one task/project at a time prioritizing accordingly
• Experience in major disciplines of HR – mass recruitment strategy, training, compensation & benefits and employee relations
• Fluent English
• Bachelor’s degree with over 7 years working experience in HR; prefer new setting up experience
