HR Manager

• Develop and implement a suitable HR strategy for each year;
• Adjust and perfecting the company's recruitment process;
• Make a plan to recruit and develop new human resources quarterly/yearly or when the company needs it;
• Develop and implement human resource training plan, improve the quality of the company's existing personnel;
• Acting as a bridge between the Board of Directors and employees; understand the thoughts and aspirations of the company's employees. Advise the Board of Directors to make decisions on personnel;
• Adjusting and perfecting the company's salary, bonus and welfare policy;
• Evaluate recruitment effectiveness, propose plans to improve recruitment efficiency and report to the Board of Directors;
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital;
• Nurturing a positive, dynamic and creative working environment;
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive at least 5 years;
• Experience working as a Human Resources Manager in a foreign company;
• Good communication skills in English;
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics;
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases;
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company;
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
