HR Manager (Hai Duong/hai Phong)

Our Client is the FDI Company in Viet Nam looking for some high Candidates for HR manager as below:
Job Description:
- Oversee the hiring and selection process
- Create and implement HR strategies and activities that are in line with the overall business strategy, and ensure that corporate culture is promoted.
- Develop and oversee the organization&039;s overall HR strategy, systems, tactics, and procedures.
- Oversee and manage a high-performance performance appraisal system.
- Assist in the continual improvement of HR systems by establishing and implementing HR policies and procedures that are in line with current best practices.
- Act as a link between management and employees by handling demands, grievances, and other difficulties.
- Promote a pleasant working environment
- Support current and future business demands by fostering employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Provide HR metrics to management as a decision-making tool.
- Evaluate training requirements in order to apply and monitor training programs
- Keep the salary plan and benefits scheme in place.

- Good knowledge of Vietnam labour law.
- Have experiences in Auditing Customer standards about Social Responsibility
- University degree
- Excellence in English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Manager
- Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
