HR Manager

Check implementation, adjust policies and processes
Make related reports as request.
Assign tasks for groups, employees in the department, implement policies and notices received from BOD
Consult regulations, policies, rules and propose measures to improve the quality of human resources, attend the evaluation for employees periodically, establish and evaluate KPI for employees.
Ensure to follow labor regulations and Vietnamese law, Nike regulation
Make HR strategy, consult BOD about human resource management
Other specific works will be exchanged directly during the interview process.
In charge of external relations with local agencies and departments
Organize activities of: hiring, training, salary and bonus, benefits
Update Labor Law, Nike policies

Having the ability to make plan, organize work, analysis and solve issues
Well communication in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
Mastering policies on labor law, social insurance, regulations related to human resource management, Nike CLS
Experience: having at least 5 years of HR experience, at least 3 years at the same level of manager position, priority to candidates who have worked for factory producing Nike products.
Skills of maintaining, creating the relations and solve disagreements, conflicts in the organization
Graduated from University with major in: HR management, Law, Economy
Skills of management, supervision and coordination working groups
Having the experience of administrative personnel, practical experience, extensive understanding
Skills to build processes according to sets of standards
Good skills of communication, presentation
