Mô tả công việc


1.HR Planning: Work on strategic plan and succession plans and follow up on implementation. Periodical review the plan and make/suggest changes to cope pace with development as well as circumstances. Update management of company overall organization map and R&R.
2.Compensation policy: Studying competitors’ compensation practices of the same as well as different industries, and labor market and labor market price to make/suggest changes to maintain a ‘completive status’ of compensation policy for HETCV
3.Payroll and benefits administration: Supervise calculation and payment of employees’ salary, insurance, taxes and all related benefits.
4.Budgeting: Yearly budgeting and monthly budget control in close coordination with F&A
5.Recruitment: Provide supervision and guidance on recruitment. Effectively plan, design, develop HR related documents that support the company’s strategic goals; Proactively lead all negotiations and administration of labor agreements on behalf of BOM.
6.Staff development:
a)Improve the formalized and standardized induction for all staff, and make it accessible in written form and on-line.
b)Improve the staff performance and package review system through the current Scaling Project and coach on implementation
c)Training plans (with focus on company’s objectives) and implement and follow up with training assessment of how and how much the aims were achieved.
d)Career Planning for staff, especially the key ones, and communicate with them and follow up.
7.Supervise staff and report to BOM on issues regarding implementation of policies and procedures, labor safety, legislative labor/HR related issues. Ensure compliance with the labor code and government regulations to reduce HR related risks. Advise HODs on legal implications of HR issues related to discipline and employee grievances.
8.Coach on development, revision and distribution of clearly written and formalized guidelines, procedures and policies on all HR issues.
9.Yearly HR Audit and HR risk analysis/management when appropriate.
10.Role of communication channel with all the department and staff
11.Administrative affairs support
12.Manage company assets and office cleaning management, Purchasing office equipment & general tools
13.Member of Council ( MC) reserved matters and Legal affairs management

Yêu cầu công việc


1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration /Human Resources Management or any related discipline
2. At least 10 years of work experience in Human Resources with solid background in construction field and preffered working for Korean companies
3. Exposure as a generalist including the training and employee engagement function and Corporate Programs such as Diversity and Inclusion, Global Time Keeping System, Social Responsibilities Compliance will be a definite advantage
4. The ideal candidate should be a good presenter, possesses exemplary communication and analytical skills as well as leadership and relationship management expertise
5. Program directing – direct and coordinate programs and initiatives for the HR department and the company in general, so they must be able to organize and direct people
6. Research skills – it’s important to research and identify trends in the field and stay current on policies and procedures. The ability to distill this information and explain it to others are crucial
7. Relationship management – collaborating with others within HR department and outside HR department requires leadership and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be capable in running meetings, seminars, and courses effectively.
8. Communication skills – Strong communicators both in person and through emails, documents, and power point presentation
9. Time management – Talent for juggling different duties efficiently and effectively is important and critical for this
