HR Master Data Specialist

Personal Employee Information Management: Accurately update and manage employee personal information in the HR systems (SAP and local systems), ensuring data accuracy and privacy compliance. Process employee data changes, including promotions, transfers, name changes, and updates to personal information.
Employee Lifecycle Support: Support the employee lifecycle process by ensuring accurate data entry for onboarding, changes in employment status, promotions, transfers, and offboarding. Coordinate with other HR functions (e.g, payroll, benefits) to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reflection of employees information.
Employment Contract Management: Draft, prepare, and track employment contracts, including new hires, renewals, and amendments, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Track contract status, monitor expiration dates, and follow up on pending contracts signings to ensure timely completion.
Compliance and Reporting: Stay informed on changes to labor laws, company policies, and data protection regulations to ensure employee information and contracts comply with legal and internal requirements.
HR System Administration: Input and validate employee data ensuring the system reflects the most up- to- date information, collaborate on system updates, and resolve system- related issues.
Document Management: Organize and securely store employee documents, including contracts, identification documents, certification, and other related paperwork. Maintain a document tracking system to monitor the status of contracts and other key documents.
Data Privacy and Security: Implement and adhere to data privacy standards and practices to safeguard employee information. Conduct regular reviews of data access permissions and ensure that employee data is only accessible to authorized personnel.

Knowledge of labor laws, data privacy regulations an HR best practices.
Experience in HR data management, employment contract administration, or a similar role
Minimum 1- 3 years’s experience in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in HR Information systems (HRIS) as SAP system and strong data management skills.
