1. Employee Evaluation
- Participate in running evaluation system
- Manage and maintain evaluation system to get track of employee evaluation history
2. MBO & IDP management
- Manage MBO & IDP implementation of required objects
- Suggest or propose improvement if any
3. Job description management
- Manage job description of all positions in the company
- Do implement to make a link between Job Description with other tools of HR
4. Global HR projects
- Support Manager to hand on global HR projects
5. Other related tasks assigned by superiors
Detail will be discussed during the interview.

REQUIREMENT
- Graduated from University
- Have 3-4 years experience in general HR
- Candidates who worked at manufacturing company is an advantage
- Good at communication and presentation skill
- Ability to form good working relationships at all levels
- Good management skills, with an ability to set and work to fixed deadlines
- Good at English
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Working time: 8:00 ~ 16:45, off 2 Saturdays/ month
- Working place: Terumo Vietnam co., ltd; Quang Minh Industrial park, Chi Dong, Me Linh, Hanoi
